High school: Rockdale, Texas

Fast fact: Crawford has been a key element in Rockdale’s appearance in Thursday’s Texas 3A Division I state championship game. In a semifinal win, he had 13 carries for 125 yards.

Immediate impact: Crawford’s athleticism could lead him to get a good look at slot receiver, especially with his size.

Immediate impact: Robinson was a versatile playmaker in high school and will likely become a speedy target for the Sooners. He enters a receiving corps filled with young talent, but there’s a nice blueprint for players of his size and speed to eventually succeed in the OU offense.

High school: Cypress Falls (Cypress, Texas)

Fast fact: OU was the first Power 5 school to offer Baldwin after he impressed at February’s The Opening regional in Houston.

Immediate impact: OU’s cornerback spot is loaded with young talent in Parnell Motley, Tre Brown, Tre Norwood and Jordan Parker, but depth at this position is always crucial and comes with opportunities to shine on special teams. PLEDGER RB 5 8 190 pounds Rivals/247Sports: 4 stars

High school: IMG Academy (Bradenton, Florida)

Fast fact: 247 ranks Pledger as the No. 3 all purpose back in the country, and his receiving game is thought to be as good as his rushing ability.

Immediate impact: Pledger will enter a crowded backfield, so carries could be limited in his first year, but his skill set is similar to Rodney Anderson’s, and Pledger’s receiving ability could make him a favorite in Lincoln Riley’s offense.
